 Well, this movie came out awhile ago and I have been trying to debate if my daughter could handle a movie that wasn't a cartoon. It turns out, she can't. Overall, this movie is amazing. It is about a boy, Michael Oher, that grew up in the projects. He ended up at a private school despite his terrible grades. A very wealthy family took interest in him and one night they invited him to stay the night at their house. He ended up staying much longer than one night. The family bought him new clothes and gave him a bedroom. He had never even had a bed before. He got his grades up enough that he was able to try out for the football team. Things were a little rocky at first, but with some coaching and support from his new family he became a star. College scouts came out to see him so the family officially adopted him and got him a tutor. Michael Oher went on to play football for Ole Miss and became a professional football player.
