I can't help but point out something that I thought was really funny.  In the very beginning of the movie, Ted (Leonardo DiCaprio) is on a boat and sea sick.  He can't handle being surrounded by SO MUCH water.  My immediate thought was "I would be terrified too after my experience on the Titanic". 

The Movie:
It's crazy!  Ted is a U.S. Marshal who goes to an island to solve a missing person's case.  This island is a psych ward/prison where the doctors are testing out a radical new approach to treating the criminally insane.  The entire movie is him trying to figure out what happened to this missing woman and discover what is happening on this island.  He is sure that the island is some sort of post-nazi camp and that there are things happening on the island that absolutely should not be happening, such as lobotomies.  The problem comes when the doctors try to convince him that he is the crazy one.  Is he? or isn't he?  You decide.
